Make sure when entering your address that you select one of the address options that drop down while typing (don’t type in your whole address manually). This will ensure the address is an exact match in our system.
If your address does not display as an option while typing, check that there are no other variations your address could be written as. E.g. you may live at house number 200, but your address could be in our database as 200-202.
