1. How can I find my meter number?
Your meter number can be found on the flyer you received in the mail, or on your most recent water bill. It starts with the letters SM, WM or RW and can also be located on your smart water meter (see images below).

2. Where do I find my property number?
Your Rous Water Account 'property number' is an 11-digit number located at the top right corner of your water bill.
When adding this in the My Rous app you will only need to enter the first 5 digits of your Property Number as outlined in the below Rous County Council Water Account example:
