If you have an Owner occupier or Renter account, but also manage other Investment/Rental properties within the Rous Council area, the best way to track usage for these is to set up a Landlord account which is separate to your Owner Occupier account.
Setting up a separate Landlord account for your investment properties
1. Go to https://myrous.greenbe.com/Home/Signup or open the My Rous Water app.
2. Log out of your existing Owner/Occupier account and select Sign up.
3. Select the Landlord/real estate agent profile type and press Next.

4. Add your details as prompted, using a different email address than you used for your setting up your Owner/Occupier account and press Next.
5. You'll be asked to verify the address of your investment properties. You can then enter the reference number and meter number or choose to skip entering and add later in Edit Profile.
NOTE: You will need to enter your Meter number (starting with the letters SM) in order to view water usage data at the investment property. Click here for help finding your meter and property numbers.

6. Enter the following optional info that you wish to enter and press Next.
7. Your Landlord account is now set up.
8. To view or switch to viewing another investment property, tap on 'Switch property' on your My Account page. You will now be able to view the usage for the selected property after tapping on the My Usage page.
