If you can't see your account usage, check that you've entered your meter number into your profile. You can check this by heading to My Profile.
If your meter number has not been entered, you can enter it by pressing Add meter.
You can also check if your meter number has been entered from the My usage screen (see below). If not, data will not display - press the Add meter number button to add your meter number.
If your meter number has been entered and you still can't see your account usage, email customer support at support@myrous.zendesk.com.
